The centre is managed by Mrs Eileen Pay who holds a Masters in Early Education. She is also an Early Childhood Specialist who has been working in the early intervention field for over three decades with preschool children and their families to support children’s all-rounded development. With her strong beliefs in establishing good foundations in the early years, Mrs Pay aims to create a environment that not only hones children academically, but also in character.

At Cherie Hearts Nurtureloft Pte Ltd, we dedicate ourselves to providing quality child-focussed services for the children under our care in strong partnership with parents and the community.

We have a strong emphasis on bilingual teaching in English and Mandarin to help our children build a strong foundation in their languages before they move on to primary education.

Our teachers are committed, well-trained and experienced in the field of early childhood. Due to our commitment to making the centre a second home even for staff, we are proud to share that we have very low turnover rates.
